Shipping & Returns

www.infernomusic.com.au offers fast trackable shipping on all Australian domestic orders placed on our website. 

Getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make sure to process your orders quickly. When you order from our website, we will post your order within 24-48 hours (Business days) and you can expect to receive your order 2-4 Day's in capital cities, or 3-6 (Business days) in rural or remote locations. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund (Returns must be unused, and in the state you received them, this includes the original packaging). All we ask is that you email us at info@infernomusic.com.au before sending back to us. 

• Return purchases for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
• Returned products must be in the same condition you received them and in, including the original box and packaging.
• Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
  
• You can use your original ‘packing’ box you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return. 
• If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.
• Attach new return label to the shipping box.
• When you have sent back your return, please allow 5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse.
• Once your return is received and inspected by our returns team (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed :)
