FREE Shipping:
Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, www.infernomusic.com.au offers free shipping on all Australian domestic orders placed on our website. There is no minimum order sizes or special conditions.
Not only that, we don't think that it should take a long time because it's free. Getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make sure to process your orders quickly. When you order from our website, we will post your order within 24 hours (Business days) and you can expect to receive your order 2-4 Day's in capital cities, or 3-6 (Business days) in rural or remote locations.
FREE Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund (Returns must be unused, and in the state you received them, this includes the original packaging). To experience the best possible service our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping in Australia. All we ask is that you email us at info@infernomusic.com.au, so we can organise a return label.
Inferno's 30 day back guarantee and return policy is straight forward. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition as when you received it.
Return Process:
- Return purchases for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- Returned products must be in the same condition you received them and in, including the original box and packaging.
- Return shipping is FREE.
- We will provide you with a pre-paid label and instructions to return the purchase to us.
- You can use your original ‘packing’ box you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
- If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.
- Attach new return label to the shipping box.
- When you have sent back your return, please allow 5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse.
- Once your return is received and inspected by our returns team (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed :)
