Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund (Returns must be unused, and in the state you received them, this includes the original packaging). All we ask is that you email us at info@infernomusic.com.au before sending back to us. 

• Return purchases for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
• Returned products must be in the same condition you received them and in, including the original box and packaging.
• Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
  
• You can use your original ‘packing’ box you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return. 
• If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.
• Attach new return label to the shipping box.
• When you have sent back your return, please allow 5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse.
• Once your return is received and inspected by our returns team (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed :)
